The factories have been applied different management systems for continual improvement of performance.  We have been implemented quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) in our organization and Certified. And we integrate other system management tools like KAIZEN, integrated performance management for strengthening the performance of the company.  Recently are awarded for the second level excellence award at the 5th round of the National Quality Award Competition.

Every customer can give suggestion coming on office, using our website, email or using forms prepared for customer suggestion. Our company has culture of identifying the root cause for each customer complain, take corrective action and inform it to customer as soon as possible. The General Manager of the company handles it carefully.
